By accessing or using agrsvmarketing.com and any services provided by AGRSV Marketing ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

AGRSV Marketing provides digital marketing services including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) packages, Google Ads (PPC) management, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management, website development, and white-label reseller solutions for agencies and businesses.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal agreed upon between you and AGRSV Marketing.

Our reseller program is offered on a confidential, white-label basis. Reseller partners may rebrand and resell our services to their own clients under their own brand name.

AGRSV Marketing will not contact or market directly to your clients without your written authorization. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the reseller relationship.

Reseller partners remain solely responsible for their own client relationships, billing, and support unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees for services are as quoted in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt or per the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated or required by applicable law.

While AGRSV Marketing employs industry best practices to improve visibility, traffic, and lead generation, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes.

Search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, and market conditions are outside our control and may impact results. Any projections or estimates provided are for planning purposes only.

All content, branding, tools, and materials on agrsvmarketing.com are the property of AGRSV Marketing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Deliverables created specifically for a client (such as website code, ad creative, or content) are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required accounts and assets, and timely feedback necessary for us to deliver services effectively.

Delays in providing materials or approvals may impact project timelines and results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGRSV Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website and services if you breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
